It seems like there is always injustice in the world. If you’ve been watching the Olympics, you know that there have been complaints and allegations about Chinese gymnasts that are competing below the age of eligibility. If you’ve been watching current events, you know that the mother of Caylee Anthony (the Florida toddler missing for more than a month) was bailed out of jail, even though it is alleged that she knows where her daughter is. Heck, I remember the days of the O.J. Simpson trial (even though it is almost a generation away now), and the outrage that was sparked when he was found innocent of double homicide.
God knows that there is injustice in the world, but it is because of our sin that it is here, and just as we have to deal with our sin by placing it before Him and asking Him to forgive us by the blood of Christ, we also have to deal with our inability to forgive others for their sin by laying that at His feet as well.
